A beautiful day to get movin’ in the right direction!
Today, I learned you can’t run from your problems but maybe running to help fix your problems will help. My mom said take two days to be depressed all you want. But come Monday you are pulling up your big girl panties and fixing it! There has to be tons of people going through what I go through, and I guess it’s way better to fight it and beat and show others you can and it’s possible, than to get sicker from it and show others they should give up. I still don’t know what “it” is but every time I stop exercising and eating right “it”, whatever “it” is comes back. If you are dealing with anything and I mean anything let’s do this together ok. We can do it and We got what it takes! So here is what I am doing to start fighting whatever “it” is..
— start at ground zero
— build goals and plan for the future.
— going Vegan with a bit of whole 30, but also only eating an AIP life style thanks to Kate, and Kira.
— laugh more and not take things so seriously
— NO CAFFEINE (The hardest for me)
— low carb and low sugar
— goal half a gallon of water a day
— sleep before 11 and rise at 7
— 3 servings of greens
— journal everything, losing forward
— exercise DO SOMETHING at least once a day.
